As you understand, we can do your workout at your favourite park or in the park next to it. Please specify the area you’d like to be trained in the contact form you can find at the bottom of this page.
During the Home training sessions, we measure during the first session if you are in the South West, for instance, Clapham Common Park, Wandsworth Common, or any other parks or gardens! There are tons in the town!
So you won’t need to find the motivation to go to the gym. At Pret-a-Train, we’re flexible to give and deliver you the best you can expect to adapt to your new routine.

Once we contact you, we’ll match you to one of our Personal trainers who can be best for you.
You got your trial session for you to see the way we work and for us to see what you can do. It allows you to see how confident you feel with the PT of our team.
So then, if you’re happy and confident after the trial session. We engage one of our pack to start the programme. We’ll take measurements and discuss nutrition with you to set up a good base.
After this little step, it’s time to work out. Don’t worry; we try to make our exercise fun, as we believe we learn better when things are smooth. Of course, you’ll feel your body in a good way. We also might call you to get some feedback on how it goes.
